Puddle Jumper Car Towing, Heavy Duty Truck Towing & Semi Tractor Trailer Towing is headed by a father-son team with a passion for everything automotive! After having major back surgery in 2011, Micky Clement was looking forward to starting a new chapter in his life.
When his father, Michael Clement, approached him about a local towing company for sale, Micky took this as the opportunity he had been waiting for! Michael had decades of experience as a business consultant, a DISC Personality Profile Analyst, a Sales Trainer, and a pastor. Micky had worked over 13 years in the automotive supply industry.
Combining Micky’s knowledge of the automotive industry with Michael’s customer relations expertise was the perfect recipe for success. Fast forward over one decade and Puddle Jumper Towing is known for their five star customer service and quality towing!
Michael is now Wreckmaster 8/9R certified, a commercial driver, and a trainer for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Traffic Incident Management (TIM) program. Micky is also WreckMaster 8/9R certified.
This father-son duo can be found riding their motorcycles whenever they get the chance to!

An example of this can-do attitude is this incident from early 2022. Our dispatch team received a call from a customer on a mountain road with little reception. A man was flagged down by a broken down truck and the truck driver told him to call his bosses. These aforementioned managers called several tow truck companies in the area. All of them refused the job because there wasn’t enough information … there was not even an exact location!

Our Fleet
Our fleet has the capacity to handle loads up to 150,000lbs! We have the ability to tow any type of vehicle from a motorcycle to a fully-loaded Freightliner! Our extensive fleet includes a Peterbilt 15-ton wrecker, a 50-ton wrecker, flatbeds, lowboys, and more! We also have a reach forklift rated up to 10,000 lbs to help with rapid load transfers and load shift corrections.

Micky Clement is Wreckmaster 8/9R certified. Prior to starting Puddle Jumper Towing with his dad Michael, Micky was a store manager for America's Tire Company. When he's not towing, he enjoys hunting, camping and riding his motorcycle.
